Due to a recent system change, we are no longer able to add your family doctor or any other general practitioner to your lab requisitions in order for them to receive a copy of your lab results. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and we appreciate your understanding!
However, we would be happy to provide you with a PDF copy of your results upon request, allowing you to then share them with your doctor accordingly.
If you would like to request a copy of your lab results to share with your doctor, we kindly ask you to reach out to our Support Team with this request. From there, our team can forward you a copy of your reviewed results in a clinical message to your Freddie patient portal for your convenience!
