If you take daily PrEP, Freddie's clinical team will usually issue a 90-day renewal prescription after you complete your self-assessment and routine lab tests.
If your pharmacy only dispenses one bottle (30 pills), this means you still have 2 refills remaining at the pharmacy. When you are down to the last 7 pills in your current bottle, please contact your pharmacy to arrange delivery or pickup details for your next 30-day refill.
The images below are examples of how you can tell if you have refills on hand at the pharmacy:
Note that placement of this may vary by pharmacy and the labels created
Why can't the pharmacy dispense my entire 90-day prescription at once?
Depending on the coverage you have for your PrEP medication, select private and public insurance policies will only allow the pharmacy to dispense one bottle at a time. This prevents you from paying anything out of pocket!
If you need additional medication (i.e. for upcoming travels) and you still have refills at the pharmacy, please contact your pharmacy for support.
If you do not have refills on file at the pharmacy, please begin the renewal process
How can I find out which pharmacy my prescription was sent to?
