Whether you've moved provinces or recently updated the version code for your health care number, it's important to keep the most up to date information in your Freddie patient portal. Updating your health care number in the portal is simple! See the steps below:
- Log into the Freddie Patient Portal
- In the bottom left corner, click 'View Profile'
- Beside your profile information, click the 'Edit' button on the right
- Scroll down to the 'Health care number' section to input your information
- If you've changed your province of coverage, make sure to update this as well
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click 'Save' to ensure your information updates
