What medications are visible in the portal?
You can view your current and past prescriptions for:
- PrEP
- DoxyPEP
What medications are NOT visible in the portal?
Any other additional treatment prescriptions will not be listed in your portal at this time.
How to check the status of your additional treatment(s)
If you are looking to confirm a prescription that is not listed in your portal:
- Contact your preferred pharmacy: They are the best point of contact to see if a prescription is on file and ready for pickup.
- Contact Freddie Support: If your pharmacy does not have a record of the prescription, please reach out to our Support team, and we will be happy to investigate further.
How to view your prescription history
- Log into the Freddie Patient Portal.
- Navigate to the Prescriptions tab on the left-hand sidebar.
