Freddie is excited to now offer additional treatment services to eligible patients!
We’re currently offering the following additional treatments:
- Herpes (HSV) treatment
- Hair loss prevention
- Erectile dysfunction treatment
- Premature ejaculation treatment
- STI prevention (Doxy-PEP)
Additional treatment refills are typically sent together with your PrEP prescription renewal. If you have already received a prescription for additional treatments from Freddie and you are in need of a refill, please follow the steps below:
- When it's time to renew your PrEP prescription, log into the Freddie Patient Portal
- Start the PrEP renewal process by completing the self-assessment questionnaire
- Once you complete the self-assessment questionnaire, a form to request a new refill for additional treatments will populate in your patient dashboard.
- Scroll down to the bottom of your dashboard and click the "Get Started" button to answer a series of medical questions to request your prescription
- A clinician will review your responses, and if eligible, issue a prescription for your requested treatment with your next PrEP prescription (don't forget to complete your lab testing!)
- If you're using our partner pharmacy, Affirming Care, you'll receive a call from our pharmacist to confirm your medication cost and discuss coverage before your prescriptions are delivered to you.
Helpful notes:
- Completing the questionnaire does not mean you will receive a prescription right away. Your clinician will issue your additional treatment prescription refill alongside your PrEP renewal once your lab work has been completed
- You will need to complete the online form each time you need a refill on your additional treatment prescriptions
