- Create a TabLabs Account
- Enter the discount code "Freddie" and where you want your lab work done
- Complete your lab testing at your preferred time
Freddie will cover the full cost of your TapLabs at-home lab appointment to complete your Freddie lab testing. Any additional may be eligible for reimbursement if you have private insurance.

How to Get Lab Work Done with TapLabs

Create a TapLabs Account
- Visit the TapLabs website and create an account to get started

Book an Appointment
- Enter a testing location (your home or office)
- Select "Freddie" from the Services menu; be sure to select the correct region that you are located in
- Enter "Freddie" as the Discount Code to have Freddie cover the cost of your at-home blood collection for your Freddie labs
- Click "Schedule for Later" to secure a time of your choice and checkout
- Upload your requisition form provided by the Freddie team when booking
- If unable to upload, have it printed for your TapLabs technician at the time of the appointment
