If you complete testing with a lab requisition from Freddie, your results will be forwarded to our clinical team for review within 10 business days. We operate on a 'no news is good news' basis with all lab results. Your Freddie clinician would reach out to you directly if there were any concerns in your results. Otherwise if you do not hear from your clinician after 10 business days, you can assume all is well with your results.
If you're looking for a copy your lab results, you can access them online through your province’s official health portal. These portals are secure, self-serve platforms where you can view your results and other health information at your convenience.
